Kilimanjaro airport – Arusha 1 h transfer
Activities: Town tour with local guide.
Program: Your safari guide is waiting for you at Kilimanjaro airport. Transfer to Arusha by private car for overnight in town. If you have time you can have a town tour.
Transfer Arusha - Tarangire NP is around 2 h.
Activities: game viewing.
Program: After breakfast proceed to Tarangire National Park for game viewing with picnic lunch.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire river that crosses through the park, being the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. The park is famous for its huge number of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.
You will enjoy your trip by seeing different species of birds and animals also if you will interested to climb Oldonyo lengai the alive volcano which is near to Lake Natron.
